These Terms and Conditions govern your use of big-money-realty-vercel.vercel.app (the “Site”), operated by Home Finder Realty LLC DBA Big Money Realty (“Home Finder Realty”), a Las Vegas, Nevada real estate brokerage whose Broker Owner is Damian Einbinder. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

SMS / text messaging program

Program and sender. Home Finder Realty LLC DBA Big Money Realty sends text messages to people who opt in through the consent checkboxes on our website forms. If you check the non-marketing box, you may receive messages about responses to real estate inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about a home search or home sale. If you check the marketing box, you may receive messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a form or using our services, and we send texts only according to the choices you make.

Opting out and getting help.You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 702-371-0950. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency and rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a frequency that varies based on your inquiry and the services you request. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
