This Privacy Policy explains how Home Finder Realty LLC DBA Big Money Realty (“Home Finder Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Las Vegas, Nevada real estate brokerage whose Broker Owner is Damian Einbinder, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit big-money-realty-vercel.vercel.app(the “Site”), submit a form, use our chat widget, book an appointment, or receive text messages from us.

Information we collect

• Website forms. Buyer inquiries: your name and the phone number and/or email address you provide. Seller inquiries: your name, contact information, and the address of the property you want to sell. We also record whether you checked either optional SMS consent box, the consent wording shown, the page you submitted from, the date and time, your IP address, and your browser type, so we have a record of your choices.
• Chat widget. If you use the chat on our Site, we receive the information you enter (such as your name, phone number, email address, and messages) and the page you were viewing.
• Appointment booking. When you schedule an appointment, we receive the details you enter in the booking form, such as your name, contact information, and the time you select.
• Calls, emails, and texts. Information you share when you contact us directly.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Our Site may use cookies or similar technologies to measure Site performance and, with your permission where required, to show relevant advertising on other websites. How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us run our business and this Site, and only for that purpose. These include HighLevel (LeadConnector), which hosts our customer relationship management system, website forms storage, chat widget, appointment calendar, and text messaging; Vercel, which hosts this Site; and, if enabled, Google for analytics and advertising measurement. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and to parties involved in your real estate transaction at your direction (for example, a lender, title company, or escrow officer).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging

Our website forms include two separate, optional checkboxes: one for marketing text messages and one for non-marketing text messages about responses to real estate inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about a home search or home sale. Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet record-keeping requirements for real estate brokerages, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
